Supply Of Electricity With A Possible Commercial Balancing Service Of Energy From Res Installations To The Facilities Listed In Annex No. 4 - Description Of The Subject Of The Order Regarding The Demand For Electricity Over A 12-Month Period In The Amount Of Approx. 650,000 Kwh - Basic Order 1.2. Performance Of Activities Resulting From The Power Of Attorney Constituting An Annex To The Agreement. The Detailed Scope Of The Order Was Determined In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of April 10, 1997 - Energy Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 1385, As Amended). Other Conditions Regarding The Execution Of The Order Are Specified In The Draft Electricity Sales Agreement - Annex No. 3 To The Swz. Distribution Services Will Be Provided On The Basis Of A Separate Agreement Concluded By The Ordering Party With The Relevant Distribution System Operator.3. Requirements For The Contractor: Performance Of Activities Resulting From The Power Of Attorney Constituting An Annex To The Electricity Sales Agreement. The Ordering Party Will Grant The Contractor Selected In The Procedure A Power Of Attorney To: 3.1. Notifying The Relevant Distribution System Operator About The Conclusion Of The Electricity Sales Agreement And The Planned Start Date Of Electricity Sales,3.2. Termination Of The Existing Contracts For The Sale Of Electricity And The Provision Of Distribution Services (Comprehensive Contracts) Or Contracts For The Sale Of Electricity By Mutual Agreement Of The Parties To The Current Seller Of Electricity And Distribution Services Or To The Seller Of Electricity For All Energy Consumption Points Included In Annex No. 1 To The Contract, 3.3 .
