The Purpose Of This Contract Is To Carry Out The Various Studies As Part Of The Creation Of A Mooring And Light Equipment Zone (Zmel). The Zmel, Intended Mainly To Accommodate Passenger Boats, Would Respond To The Challenge Of Preserving Biodiversity By Proposing A Solution To The Impact Of Free Anchoring On Posidonia Meadows. The Project Study Area Includes The Planned Area Of ​​The Zmel Project, The Land-Sea Interface And The Navigation Basin To Take Into Account Carryover Effects.
