Individual Deliveries Based On Public Contracts Will Fall Under The Following Groups Of Spare Parts: Chassis And Axles Bus + Trbus Brakes Bus+Trbus Engines And Gearboxes Bus Engine Accessories Bus Filters Bus Accessories And Equipment Bus+Trbus Bodywork And Glazing Bus+Trbus Electrical Accessories And Electrical Equipment Bus+ Trbus Accessories And Equipment Bus+Trbus Traction Equipment Trbus Air Conditioning, Ventilation Bus+Trbus Others - Supplementary Category. In Addition To The Above, The Contracting Authority States That It Currently Has A Fleet Of Solaris Brand Buses And Trolleybuses Using The Bodywork And Chassis Of These Buses, As Well As Škoda Brand Trolleybuses, So It Will Award Public Contracts For The Supply Of Spare Parts For These Brands Of Trolleybuses And Buses Within The Framework Of Dns, However With Regard To The Continuous Renewal Of The Vehicle Fleet, It Cannot Be Ruled Out That Vehicles Of Other Brands Will Be Added To The Fleet Of The Contracting Authority During Dns. A More Detailed Definition Of The Subject Of The Performance Of Public Contracts Is Given In Annex No. 2 Of This Procurement Documentation, Where The Above-Mentioned Groups Of Spare Parts Are Listed§. The Ordering Party States That The Division Of The Dns Into The Above Group Of Spare Parts Is Valid For The Entire Duration Of This Dns, However, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Expand The Item Structure Of Spare Parts At Any Time During The Established Dns. Expanding The Item Structure Means The Inclusion Of A New Item In The Already Existing Annex No. 2. The Contracting Authority Informs That, In Case Of Expansion Of The Item Structure, It Will Proceed In Accordance With The Zzvz And The Tender Documentation.
