The Contracting Authority Creates The Current Qualification System (Cs) On The Basis Of Art. 141, Para. 1 Of The Law On Public Procurement (Ppp), In Order To Carry Out A Preliminary Selection Of Economic Entities To Be Entered In The Cs And To Participate In The Subsequent Procedures Conducted By The Contracting Authority For The Award Of Public Contracts Falling Within The Scope Of The Cs, With A Subject : Manufacturing, Delivery, Disassembly And Installation Of Windows, Partition Showcases And Doors. The Technical Requirements For The Construction And Installation Works For The Replacement Of Windows, Parameters Of The Windows, Showcases And Doors For Each Specific Order Will Be Provided In A Bill Of Quantities And A Technical Specification When Conducting The Relevant Public Procurement. Doors And Windows Will Be Dimensioned On Site, Manufactured, Delivered And Installed To The Individual Requirements Of Each Product, Providing For The Dismantling Of Existing Joinery Without Disturbing The Load-Bearing Elements. It Is The Contractors Responsibility To Carry Out All Activities Including Dismantling, Fabrication, Delivery And Installation Of The New Windows, Including Finishing Work Around The Windows, After Their Installation, To Restore The Integrity Of The Internal And External Plaster On The Sides Of The Walls Around All Windows, As Well As All Necessary Materials (Dowels, Plugs, Uv-Resistant Polyurethane Foam, Acrylic Paste, Double-Glazed Windows, Underlays For Installing Double-Glazed Windows, Mounting Sealant For Double-Glazed Windows And Others If Necessary). According To The Qualification System, It Is Planned To Assign The Manufacture, Delivery And Installation Of Entrance Doors, Portal Doors, Industrial Doors Of Warehouses And Production Halls. The Contracting Authoritys Facilities Are Located On The Territory Of The Republic Of Bulgaria And Include Dam Areas (Dar), Hydroelectric Power Plants (Hpp), Pumped-Storage Hydroelectric Power Plant (Shp), Recreation Centers And Administrative Buildings. In The Event That The Site Where The Relevant Activities Are To Be Carried Out Is Strategic, The Technical Specification Will Contain Information On How To Issue A Permit For The Implementation Of A Specifically Assigned Activity In The Relevant Site.
