The Consultant Will Provide The Team And Management With A Comprehensive Assessment Of The Organizations Current Standing In Terms Of Regulatory Compliance And Outline The Necessary Changes Or Enhancements. Based On The Findings, The Consultant Will Recommend Updates Or Develop New Policies As Needed. Additionally, A Training Session Will Be Conducted To Ensure A Clear Understanding Of The Revised Policies, Procedures, And Their Individual Roles In Maintaining Compliance. Key Responsibilities: Reviewing IMpossible Sops, Procedures, And Policies. Identifying Areas Where The Organization Falls Short Of Compliance Requirements. Revising And Proposing Improvements To The Sops, Procedures, Policies As Needed. Developing A Regulatory Compliance Framework Tailored To IMpossible Scope Of Work. Assisting With The Development Of Compliance Policies And Sops Specific To The IMpossible Projects. Providing Training For The Staff Members On Regulatory Compliance And Best Practices While Using Interactive And Participatory Methods, Such As Presentations, Group Discussions, Case Studies, And Hands-On Exercises, To Ensure Active Engagement. Providing Comprehensive Training Materials Such As Presentation Slides, Templates, And Practical Tools For Regulatory Requirements And Compliance. Duration Of The Consultancy: 3 Days Training Qualifications: A Degree In Fields Such As Business Administration, Finance, Public Administration, Project Management, International Development, Or A Related Discipline. A Minimum Of 5 Years Experience Working With Donor-Funded Projects, Especially In International Development, Humanitarian Work, Or Nonprofit Sectors. Demonstrated Experience In Designing, Implementing, And Monitoring Compliance Frameworks Within Donor-Funded Environments. Strong Understanding Of Local And International Auditing Standards. Excellent Analytical, Communication, And Project Management Skills. Substantive And Linguistic Quality Of All Materials And Reports Prepared.
