Machinery For Mining, Quarrying, Construction Equipment - Delivery By Purchase Of New Additional Equipment For Crawler Excavator (Hydraulic Hammer, Quick Changer And Hydraulic Line). The Scope Of The Public Procurement Includes Delivery Of The New Additional Equipment For A Chain Excavator (Hydraulic Hammer, Quick Changer And Hydraulic Line) In Accordance With The Requirements Set By The Contracting Authority In The Technical Specification - Appendix No. 1 Of This Documentation, As Well As The Relevant Standards, Rules, Regulations And Laws Applicable In The Republic Of Bulgaria And The European Union. The Delivered Equipment Must Be Packed In A Manner Suitable For Its Transportation, Without Risks Of Its Damage, And The Transport Costs For Delivery And Unloading Are Entirely At The Expense Of The Contractor. The Handover And Acceptance Of The Delivery Will Be Certified By A Handover-Acceptance Protocol Signed By Representatives Of The Employer And The Contractor.
