Medical Equipments, Pharmaceuticals And Personal Care Products – Eu Tender Regarding The Supply Of Compression Sleeves And Gloves To Aalborg And Læsø Municipalities. Eu Tender Regarding The Supply Of Compression Sleeves And Gloves Excl. Targeting For Aalborg And Læsø Municipalities. The Contracting Municipalities Themselves Measure The Compression Products. The Purpose Is To Form A Basis For Inspection For The Municipalities Grants Of Compression Sleeves And Gloves According To Section 112, Subsection Of The Service Act. 3. This Means, Among Other Things, That The Citizen Can Make Use Of Free Choice Of Supplier, And Thus Use A Supplier Other Than The One With Which The Ordering Party Enters Into The Tendered Framework Agreement. The Tendered Contracts Are Framework Agreements, Which Are Assumed To Be Concluded With One Supplier, Cf. § 97 Of The Public Procurement Act. The Awarding Municipalities Will Each Enter Into Independent Framework Agreements With The Winning Tenderer On The Basis Of The Tender.
