Health insurance. The period for cover is from 20 February 2025 31 December 2025. 3. Life insurance. The period for cover is from 15 March 2025 31 December 2025. 1. Insurance Scheme: Group personal accident insurance Detail Information Any accident that could affect staff and family insured and cause injury either by violent accident and visible · Total staff: 27 · Total family members: 51 Study Quotation for: · Option 1: Package covered USD 10,000 · Option 2: Package covered USD 15,000 Benefit Cover 1. Accident cause death 2. Accident that leads to medical expense 3. Accident that causes permanent disability or partial 2.
