Request for proposals for Consulting Services for Conducting an Organizational Re-Engineering Exercise To be eligible for consideration for this proposal, a tenderer should provide in its proposal the documents specified in Instructions to Tenderers, including the following; Company profile, Certified copy of a valid Trading License, Original/Valid Tax Clearance Certificate, Certified Copy of current Labour Compliance Certificate, Certified copy of current SNPF Certificate Certified Copy of Form J (Company Ownership and Shareholding), Financial Statements for the previous year, Names and Contacts of at least (5) Reference Customers, Certified copy of Certificate of Incorporation, Police Clearance for All Company Directors, Proof of Legal Joint Venture (where necessary) and Original general receipt (E500.00) for payment of the tender document. The Proposal must be deposited in the Tender Box situated at the Matsapha Town Council, Corner Police College, and Airport Road, Matsapha at the latest by 10:00 am (Eswatini time) on the 30TH January 2025. Late tenders, as well as tenders received by telegram, facsimile, email, or similar medium, will not be considered. Tenders received in time by the latest date and time for submission will be opened at Councils Offices on the 30th of January 2025 at 10:00 am (Eswatini time). Requests for clarifications, which must be in writing, should be addressed, via email, to [email protected]. Council will strive to promptly respond in writing via e-mail to any requests for clarification. Written copies of Councils response (including an explanation of the query but without identifying the source of inquiry) will be sent to all prospective Bidders by close of Business on 15 th January 2025. The scope of service for this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to review the organizational structure and processes for Matsapha Town Council and further set them up to implement the Integrated Development Programme best. Tasks may include but are not limited to the following: Data Collection: Gather data on current headcount, revenue figures, and performance metrics across departments. Stakeholder Interviews: Conduct interviews with key stakeholders to understand the impact of roles on revenue and operational efficiency. Benchmarking: Compare the organizations manpower-to-revenue ratio with industry standards to identify areas for improvement.
