Tenders are invited for Theater Construction Closing Date: Friday, 17. Jan 2025 Intervention Sector(s): Mental Health The scope includes, but is not limited to: Site Preparation: Clearing and leveling the site. Excavation, foundation work, and utilities connection. Construction: Erection of the theater as per provided architectural plans and elevation designs (to be sent upon request). Use of specified materials including fair-faced concrete, steel structures, and Alucobond panels as indicated in the design documents. Installation of doors, windows, and other finishes as per project specifications. Electrical & Mechanical Installations: Lighting, ventilation, and sound system wiring. Compliance with safety standards for public spaces. Finalization: Painting, furnishing, and clean-up. Ensuring compliance with environmental and safety regulations. Coordination with construction site focal point and the NGOs appointed project manager for inspections and approvals.
