Request for proposals for Development of a Financial & Commercial Planning Model. 1.4 Scope of Services The scope of work includes the following: i. Develop a detailed formula driven corporate commercial and financial planning model at a consolidated company level and as per the different sources and drivers of revenue based on a set of variables and assumptions to be provided. ii. Produce financial forecasts based on intended investments. iii. Train key ESR employees on how to use the model. 1.5 Deliverables i. A corporate financial planning tool that assesses commercial and financial viability of ESRs proposed strategic investments. The model must incorporate 5 years historical annual financial statements and be capable of producing a 15-year; - cashflow forecasts - profit & loss statements compliant with IFRS - ratio analysis - sensitivity analysis based on specified inputs ii. A narrative report that highlights the optimal investment, pricing and funding mix. iii. Training the end users on how the financial planning tool works (at least 2 sessions online or face-face). 1.5.1 Required Key Experts The tender submission should include a comprehensive company profile and CVs and relevant experience of all experts to be used for the assignment. 1.5.2 Tentative Time Schedule Outline a time schedule to deliver the assignment. 8 Collection and Submission of Tender Documents The RFP documents are obtainable at a nonrefundable fee of E1 500.00 at Eswatini Railways Head Office, Accounts Section from 02 nd of January 2025 to 29th of January 2025 between 09:00am and 15:30hours.
