The Task Will Be Performed In The Design-Build Formula. The Main Subject Is Road Works, Which Will Be Preceded By The Development Of Design Documentation And Obtaining The Necessary Arrangements And Permits, Including: 1) Design Documentation (3 Copies - Construction Design And Executive Designs); 2) Obtaining All Necessary Up-To-Date Maps For Design Purposes, Conditions And Arrangements, Including Those With The Regional Directorate For Environmental Protection, The Polish Waters State Water Management; 3) Carrying Out All Other Necessary Administrative Procedures Ending With Obtaining A Building Permit (If Necessary Required);4) Providing The Ordering Party With 3 Copies Of The Agreed And Accepted Technical Documentation;5) Preparation (In 3 Copies) Of As-Built Documentation.
