Task Description Project 100416: Renovation Of Langebros Bridge Flaps, Designing Includes Design And Preparation Of Tender Materials For The Four Main Elements The Flap Construction, Counterweights, Movable Structural Parts And Machinery, As Well As Input In 2026 For The Budget Note Regarding The Execution Phase For Renovation Of Langebros Bridge Flaps. The Budget Memo Is Expected To Be Dealt With Politically At The End Of 2026. The Task Is Described In More Detail In The Tmf Performance Description, Section 2.1. The Task Does Not Include The Execution Phase, Cf. Section 5.3. The Partial Performance Rule In Section 8 Of The Public Procurement Act, Subsection 2, May Possibly Become Relevant For This Tender. Amendment Clause At The Beginning Of 2025, The Politicians In The Technical And Environmental Committee Will Consider An Information Case On The Consequences Regarding Economy, The Life Of The City And Treatment By The Authorities If Langebro Is Rebuilt Into A Non-Openable Bridge. A Political Decision To Possibly Convert Langebro Into A Non-Openable Bridge - Rather Than Renovating Langebros Bridge Flaps - Is Expected In September 2026 At The Earliest. There May Be A Political Order Earlier To Investigate The Possibilities Of Converting Langebro Into A Non-Openable Bridge. This Will Mean That The Consultants Task Can Be Expanded To Include Such An Investigation. If It Is Decided Politically That Langebro Must Be Renovated As A Non-Openable Bridge, This Will Entail A Change In The Basis Of The Project. This Means That The Design Must Deal With A Non-Openable Bridge. Tmf Is Entitled To Have The Consultant Carry Out The Above-Mentioned Study Or Project Change Under This Contract, Cf. Section 179 Of The Public Procurement Act.
