Work Detail
Tenders are invited for Construction of Ware House Building. The building consists with approx. 400m2 of Floor area, to be built on RCC Column footing with tie beam structure and Rubble foundation. The walls to be constructed with 100mmtk. Solid Cement Blocks finished with plastered and painted. Powder coated Aluminium frame and clear glass used for doors and windows. Roof structure includes High tenzile purlins. Iron Universal Beam trusses, corrugated Asbestos roofing sheet covering. Infrastructure shall include Electrical works, water supply to building Office and laboratory area covered with Mineral fibre ceiling. The construction period is 120 days. Tender Fees: LKR 10000/- Non refundable.
