Tenders are invited for Supply, Install, Testing and Commissioning of Data Center Infrastructure Management (DCIM) Solution. Interested and eligible bidders are invited to purchase and download of the bidding document via https://extratenders.com.et/ or https://dashen. afrotender.com/ or afrotender.com to access the bidding document by having paid a Non-refundable fee of ETB 500.00 (Birr Five Hundred only) for each lot starting from December 30, 2024. 3. A copy of the renewed Trade License, VAT Registration Certificate, and TIN Certificate are required while submitting the bid document. 4. Bidders shall be presented as a bid security in the form of unconditional & irrevocable Bank Guarantee or cashiers payment order (CPO) at least valid for 120 days upon submission of the offer. At the same time, the bid validity shall be 90 days 5. Bidders must submit the TECHNICAL and the FINANCIAL OFFER in separate envelopes in duplicate copies labeled as original and copies accompanied by a bid security in an acceptable form as stated in the bidding document. 6.
