The Supervision Concerns Parts I, Ii And Iii Of The Order, I.E.: 1) Part I Of The Order: Expansion And Modernization Of The Sewage Treatment Plant In Baranów Sand., 2) Part Ii Of The Order: Reconstruction Of The Sanitary Sewage System In The Baranów Sand Commune., 3) Part Iii Of The Order: Construction Of A Sanitary Sewage And Water Supply Network In The Baranów Sand Commune. 2. The Task Is Carried Out As Part Of A Submitted Application For Co-Financing From The European Regional Development Fund Under The Regional Program European Funds For Podkarpacie For 2021-2027. 4. The Contractors Obligations Include In Particular: 1) Coordination Of The Investment Preparation And Implementation Process; 2) Checking The Completeness And Verification Of The Design Documentation To The Extent Approved By The Relevant Permits For The Implementation Of The Investment, And In The Event Of Irregularities And Omissions - Reporting To The Ordering Party; 3) Performing The Duties Of An Investor Supervision Inspector And Ensuring And Coordinating The Work Of Supervision Inspectors Of Individual Industries. Supervision Inspectors Are Responsible Within The Scope Of Their Powers And Obligations Under Art. 25 And 26 Of The Act Of July 7, 1994 Construction Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 725, As Amended); 4) Participation In The Activities Of Handing Over Tasks To The Contractor. Construction Site; 5) Representing The Ordering Party On The Construction Site By Checking The Compliance Of Its Implementation With The Design Or Construction Permit, Regulations And Principles Of Technical Knowledge; 6) Organizing And Participating In Construction Councils Commissioned By The Ordering Party (At Least Once A Month) With The Participation Of Representatives Of The Contractor And Investor While Carrying Out Works On Individual Facilities; 7) Ongoing Supervision Of The Construction Log And Confirming Activities With An Entry In The Construction Log. During Each Stay At The Construction Site, The Supervision Inspector Is Obliged To Review The Construction Log On An Ongoing Basis And Confirm His Presence And Activities Performed With An Appropriate Entry; 8) Making Decisions Regarding Technical Issues, In Accordance With The Design Documentation, Applicable Construction Law And Contracts For Its Implementation In Consultation With The Ordering Party; 9) Resolving, In Consultation With The Designer And The Works Manager, Technical Doubts Arising During The Execution Of The Works - After Consultati
