The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Written Translations (Sworn And Regular) Into English And Oral Translations (Consecutive And Simultaneous) Into English (English-Polish, Polish-English) And Interpreting Into Czech (Polish-Czech, Czech-Polish ).2. The Topics Of Translations Will In Particular Concern Environmental Protection, Climate, Energy Transformation, Circular Economy, Zero-Emission Construction, Water Management, Land Development, Air Quality, Energy Efficiency And Poverty, Etc. It Will Also Cover European Union And International Issues, Regional Cooperation And Other Issues Within The Scope Of Activities Of The Provincial Government.3. The Terms Of The Contract Are Included In The Draft Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract, Which Will Be Introduced Into The Public Procurement Contract - Contract Template, Annex No. 1C To Swz.4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Sopz) Constitutes Annex No. 1D To The Swz And Will Be Included As Annex No. 1 To The Public Procurement Contract Template.5. The Ordering Party, In Accordance With The Instructions Resulting From Art. 95 Of The Act Specifies That It Does Not Require The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ Persons Performing Activities Related To The Execution Of The Contract On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship.
