1. The Subject Of The Order Is: 1.1. The Subject Of The Basic Order Is: A Service Consisting In The Preparation Of Design Documentation Along With Obtaining All Necessary Opinions/Agreements/Decision Permits Enabling The Performance Of Investor Supervision And The Ordering Of Construction Works Related To The Implemented Task: Development Of Design Documentation For The Task: Modernization Of The Miłomłyn Weir On The Elbląg Canal. The Technical Solutions Designed As Part Of The Order Are Aimed At Improving The Technical Condition Of The Facility And Modernizing The Drive System By Introducing An Electric Valve Drive. It Is Also Planned To Install A Remote Control System For The Weir Operation And Its Monitoring. The Weir Will Be Controlled By The Water Supervision Authority In Ostróda. The Documentation Should Include The Design Of A Low-Voltage Line Supplying The Facility With Electricity, Along With Obtaining All Necessary Arrangements In This Regard. The Introduction Of An Electric Drive For Valves Cannot Eliminate The Manual Drive. There Will Be Two Independent Systems In The Facility. Additionally, The Scope Of Design Work Includes Cable Lines And Control Systems For Remote Control, Work Monitoring And Data Transmission. 1.2. The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Using The Option In This Order. The Subject Of The Contract Under The Option Law Is: Option I: Environmental Impact Report (Eis) (If The Authority Imposes An Obligation To Prepare The Report) In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Bodies Giving Opinions And Determining The Scope Of The Report (Paper And Electronic Versions In The Quantity Required By The Provisions Of The Act Of October 3 2008, On The Provision Of Information On The Environment And Its Protection, Public Participation In Environmental Protection And On Environmental Impact Assessments (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1112);Option Ii: Water Law Report And Applications For Obtaining A Water Law Permit Or Accepting A Water Law Notification (If Required), In Accordance With Applicable Regulations In This Regard; Option Iii: Performing Authors Supervision Over Works Performed On The Basis Of Design Documentation Prepared As Part Of The Basic Order, Which Will Be Performed From The Date Indicated In The Notice Of Commencement Of Construction To The Day Indicated As The Day Of Completion Of Construction In The Notice Of Completion Of Construction. The Planned Completion Of The Option Implementation (Completion Of Construction) Within 4 Years From The Conclusion Of The Contract. Authors Supervision Is A Lump Sum.
