Construction Of A Gymnasium In Jeziorki In The Design And Build Formula Based On The Current Design And Functional And Utility Program, Along With Obtaining A New Building Permit. Scope Of Work In Accordance With The Attached Bill Of Quantities And Documentation. The Contractor Will Perform All Necessary Work For The Proper Execution Of The Subject Of The Order, Including The Possible Implementation Of A Replacement Design For The Indicated Part Of The Task, If Necessary. The Need For A Replacement Design Should Be Reported To The Ordering Party In Writing, And The Order To Carry Out Such A Design Should Be Approved By The Ordering Partys Manager After Prior Consultations And Approval Of The Designer And The Investors Supervision Inspector. The Works Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Tender Documentation And In Consultation With The Ordering Party. Moreover, The Scope Of Work Includes: 1) Preparation Of An Inspection Report - 2 Copies, Which Consists Of: B) Certificates For Materials And Prefabricated Elements, 2) Work Acceptance Reports. 3) Required Documents Regarding The Tests And Checks Carried Out By The Contractor, 4) Possible Need To Prepare A Replacement Design. Work Execution Technology: Work Related To The Implementation Of The Investment Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With Applicable Standards, Construction Law, Legal Provisions Regarding Technical Requirements, Environmental Protection, In Accordance With Occupational Health And Safety Rules And Technical Knowledge. All Materials Used Must Have Appropriate Approvals And Certificates And Comply With Applicable Standards. Moreover, Each Material Used Must Be Agreed With The Ordering Party, Failure To Agree On The Above Will Result In Replacement With An Appropriate One, The Cost Of Replacement Being Fully Borne By The Contractor. If The Contractor Does Not Comply With The Order, The Ordering Party Will Commission The Above Activities To Be Performed By A Third Party And Will Deduct The Costs Incurred By The Contractor From The Contractors Remuneration, And If This Amount Turns Out To Be Insufficient, It Will Seek Reimbursement On General Terms. If The Bill Of Quantities Or Specification Contains Material Indications For Specific Manufacturer/Names Of Manufacturers And Products/Should Be Read As Examples Serving Only To Clarify The Subject Of The Order.
