1) The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of Transport And Storage Services Of Corpses And Human Remains From The Place Of The Incident Or Discovery Of The Body To The Place Indicated By The Prosecutor In The Area Of Operation Of A Given District Prosecutors Office And From The Place Indicated By The Prosecutor To Specialized Forensic Medicine Institutions Outside The Area Of Operation Of A Given District Prosecutors Office, After Receiving The Order By Telephone (Orally) Or In Writing Sent By Fax Or E-Mail.2) The Subject Of The Order Concerns The Area Of Operation Of The District Prosecutors Office In Płońsk And Includes The Cities Of Płońsk And Raciąż And The Communes: Baboszewo, Czerwińsk Nad Wisłą, Dzierzążnia, Joniec, Naruszewo, Nowe Miasto, Płońsk, Raciąż, Sochocin And Załuski.3) A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 6 To The Swz.
