The Main Activities That Will Be Carried Out On The Basis Of The Service Contract Are: - The Preparation Of The Adequate Assessment Study, In Accordance With The Provisions Of Ord. 1682/2023 For The Approval Of The Methodological Guide Regarding The Adequate Assessment Of The Potential Effects Of Plans Or Projects On Natural Areas Protected By Community Interest (The Framework Content Provided For In Annex No. 5A To Order 1682/2023 And The Methodology From Annex No. 6D To Order 1682/2023; - Methodology Regarding The Development Of The Appropriate Evaluation Study); - The Preparation Of The Environmental Report (The Framework Content Provided For In Annex 2 Of Gd 1076/2004 Will Be Used) And Its Quality Assessment In Accordance With The Requirements Of Gd 1076/2004 Regarding The Establishment Of The Procedure For Carrying Out The Environmental Assessment For Plans And Programs, With The Amendments And Subsequent Additions - Specialized Technical Assistance Throughout The Environmental Procedures, Including In A Cross-Border Context (Ea And Sea) In Order To Obtain The Environmental Approval For The National Strategy For The Development Of The Nuclear Domain In Romania For The Period 2020-2030, With The Perspective Of 2050; - Support In The Preparation Of The Sea Declaration, According To The Provisions Of Art. 33, Paragraph (1), Letter B) Of Gd 1076/2004; - Obtaining The Environmental Approval From The Competent Authority For Environmental Protection.
