The Subject Of The Order Is The Design And Build Implementation Of Parts Of The Investment Project Titled: Construction Of A Geothermal Plant In Sochaczew Including: • Construction Of A Closed Heating Plant In The Building, Owned By Przedsiębiorstwo Energetyki Cieplnej Sochaczew Sp. Z O. O. (Pec) And Located In Sochaczew At Al. 600-Lecia 70 (Plot No. 175/9 And 3396/2, Sochaczew Wschód Registration District), A Geothermal Heating Plant Equipped With Two Absorption Heat Pumps Powered By High-Temperature Heat, • Construction Of Technological Installations And Development Of Two Geothermal Wells, I.E. A Mining And Sochaczew Gt-1 Absorbent Station Located At Okrętżne Street (District No. 24/4, Sochaczew Centrum Registration District) And The Sochaczew Gt-2 Geothermal Absorption And Extraction Well Located At Energetyczna Street (Plot No. 453/8, Sochaczew Wschód Registration District). The Sochaczew Gt-2 Well Is Currently Under Construction, Scheduled For Completion In January 2025; • Construction Of A Pre-Insulated Geothermal Water Pipeline From The Sochaczew Gt-1 Well To The Geothermal Heating Plant And From The Geothermal Heating Plant To The Sochaczew Gt-2 Well; • Construction Of A Cooled Geothermal Water Discharge Pipeline Running From The Geothermal Heating Plant To The Border Of The Area Where The Sochaczew Gt-1 Well Is Located; • Construction Of Pre-Insulated Heating Networks Connecting The Geothermal Heating Plant With The Local Heating Systems Currently In Use In The City, With A Total Length Not Exceeding 2,600 M, • Construction Of A Distribution Node In The Heating Plant Building At Al. 600-Lecia 25, • Construction Of An Exchanger Node In The Heating Plant At Żeromskiego 23, Based On Comprehensive Design Documentation Prepared By The Contractor And Obtained The Necessary Administrative Decisions, Permits And Arrangements Enabling Execution, Commissioning And Obtaining Appropriate Operating Permits. The Entire Investment Project Covered By The Order Will Be Located In The City Of Sochaczew, Sochaczew Poviat, Masovian Voivodeship. The Idea Behind The Investment Is To Use Renewable Heat Energy Obtained From Geothermal Water To Power The Municipal Heating System, Which Will Reduce The Consumption Of Fossil Fuels And Reduce Emissions Of Pollutants Into The Air.
