The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery To The Ordering Party For Paid Use Under An Operational Leasing Agreement During Its Validity, From The Date Of Signing The Acceptance Protocol Of The Leased Item - A Brand New Backhoe Loader. A Detailed Description Of The Leased Item Is Provided In Volume Ii Of The Swz Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Hereinafter: Opz). The Technical And Operational Parameters Given In Volume Ii To This Specification Are Required. Failure To Provide Any Parameter Gives The Ordering Party Grounds To Reject The Offer As Inconsistent With The Swz. The Ordering Party Requires Equal Leasing Installments For The Duration Of The Leasing Contract In Accordance With The Period Offered By The Contractor In The Offer Form Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Idw. The Minimum Leasing Contract Period Required By The Ordering Party Is 72 Months. A Longer Period Will Be Scored According To The Offer Evaluation Criteria Indicated In Chapter Xiv Of The Idw. The Ordering Party Informs That The Period Of 1 Month Of The Leasing Contract Constitutes 1 Leasing Installment.
