Expression of Interest for Supply and Delivery of Automatic High-Speed Feeder Envelope Counter National Competitive Bid Procuring Entity: The National Water Commission Description of Service: By Way of National Competitive Bidding, the National Water Commission (Nwc) is Inviting Expressions of Interest (Eoi) from Local Firms with Strong Capabilities, Experienced and Qualified Personnel in Information Technology Services to Supply and Deliver an Automatic High-Speed Feeder Envelope Counter for the Nwc Ict Department. With this Envelope Counter, the Aim is to Accurately Capture the Large Quantities of Pnnted Water Bills and Other Correspondence on a Daily Basis in Support of Proper Accounting and Reconciliation Purposes. Eligibility Requirements: Applicants must prepare and submit responses as well as the forms that are contained in the EOI document. Additional requirements are outlined in the Criteria used for evaluation in the EOI document. Based on the results of the evaluation of responses, and the process outlined to pre-qualify firms, the shortlisted firms will be selected. The shortlisted firms will then be invited to submit Technical Proposals and literature regarding the counter being submitted as per specifications listed. During the next and final (Request For Proposal) stage, the successful firm(s) will be required to have valid Tax Compliance Certificate (TCC)/Tax Compliance Letter (TCL) and valid Public Procurement Commission (PPC)/National Contracts Commission (NCC) registration in the following category: - Computers and Supplies AND/OR - Computers and Related Services AND/OR - Computers, Computer Equipment, parts and Supplies AND/ OR Information Technology Service. Firms may carry out this Supply and Delivery in accordance with the form of associations) stated in the EOI document. Availability of Bid Document and Bid Submission: This is an online tender where tender documents, clanfications and bids will only be made available and accepted via the Government of Jamaica Electronic Procurement Portal - GOJEP (www.gojep.gov.jm). Clarification penod - no later than 2 working days (Monday, December 30, 2024) before EOI submission deadline.
