The Subject Of The Order In This Procedure Is The Construction Of Building C, A Multi-Family Residential Building With Technical Infrastructure And Connections, As Well As Land Development In Suchy Dęba, Plots 367/18, 367/19, 367/20, 367/21, Precinct 0007 Suchy Oak - Stage I. 2. The Order Includes The Construction Of: A. A Building With Installations With Three Above-Ground Floors. A Total Of 12 Apartments Were Designed On The Above-Ground Floors. The Building Has A Simple Shape, A Rectangular Plan. B. Development Of The Area With The Construction Of Internal Roads And Exits To The Public Road, Connections: Water Supply, Sanitary Sewage, Rainwater Drainage, Playground And Small Architecture, Removal Of Conflicts 3. The Order Covers The Execution Of All Works Leading To The Achievement Of A Condition Consistent With The Design Documentation And Stwiorb, Provisions Of The Swz And An Agreement Regarding The Construction Of A Multi-Family Residential Building With Technical Infrastructure And Connections As Well As Land Development In Suchy Dęba On Plot No. 367/18, 367/19, 367/20, 367/21 District 0007 Suchy Dąb With The Necessary Electrical, Telecommunications And Low-Current Connections And Installations, Water And Sewage Installations, Internal Central Heating Installation Based On Heat Pumps Located In The Building . The Cooperation Of Both Heat Sources And The Photovoltaic Installation With The Inverter Should Be Ensured By A Fully Automated Automation And Intelligent Control System Connecting Individual Heat Sources With The Grid And Renewable Energy Sources. In Addition, The Scope Of The Order Includes The Development Of Adjacent Areas, Including Hardening Of The Access Roads To The Building, Fencing, Green Areas And A Playground, External Lighting Of Facilities, Green Areas And Parking Lots, Photovoltaic Installation Along With The Construction Of Access And Fire Protection Roads, Parking Spaces For Passenger Cars, Including For Disabled People. 4. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Execution Of The Main Task Including A Multi-Family Residential Building With Internal Installations And Connections, Fully Finished Turnkey And Ready For Use (Including: Floors, Wall Cladding In Sanitary Rooms, Painting Of All Walls And Ceilings, Electrical Equipment Including Lighting, Intercom Installation, White Sanitary Installation, Floor Coverings, Door Joinery, Kitchen/Kitchenette Equipment, In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order) 5. The Contractor Should Complete The Task Based On The Design Documentation And Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works Constituting Annexes No. 12 And 13 To This Swz, Respectively, And The Provisions Of The Swz, As Well As Take Into Account All Costs Of The Works In Order To Obtain The Full Functionality Of The Subject Of The Order. 6.
