The Subject Of Procurement Includes: • Delivery, Installation, Configuration And Maintenance Of Devices Owned By The Bidder, New And Unused, In Accordance With The Technical Specification, At The Users Locations. • Printing Service With Devices Owned By The Bidder, Which Includes Maintenance Of The Device And Elimination Of Defects Within The Period Offered In Accordance With The Offer Selection Criteria Of This Procurement Documentation, Delivery Of Toner, Ink And Other Consumables And Spare Materials Recommended By The Device Manufacturer, Except For Paper And Machine Connectors ( Stapler), For All Delivered Devices • Continuous Optimization Of The Print Fleet Throughout The Duration Of The Contract For The Purpose Of Optimal Utilization Of The Device, Depending On The Amount Of Printing On The Device Itself. The Optimization Of The Printing Fleet Is Carried Out In Agreement With The Client And With His Approval And Consent. • Installation And Maintenance Of Print Management Programs, In Accordance With The Required Technical Specifications, Which Includes Delivery, Installation, Implementation And Configuration, Technical Support And Maintenance Of Program Licenses For Complete Management And Monitoring Of Printing Devices.
