The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Consisting In Thermal Modernization And Reconstruction Of The Building Of The Chemical School Complex Together With The Infrastructure At Ul. Łukasiewicza 3 In Bydgoszcz, As Part Of The Citys Investment Entitled: Investments Covered By Preparatory Support Under The Program For Increasing The Energy Efficiency Of Buildings And Public Lighting In Bydgoszcz (Bydgoszcz Energy) To The Extent And Under The Conditions Specified In The Swz With Annexes And In The Contract Template. 2. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Execution Of The Following Order Modules: 1) Module Ia - Ground Floor Of The Left Wing Of The Building (Gymnasium, Cloakroom And Storage Facilities), 2) Module Ib - Ground Floor Of The Right Wing Of The Building (Laboratory Part), 3) Module Ii - Basement, Ground Floor, 1St Floor And 2Nd Floor In The Left Part Of The Building, 4) Module Iii - Basement, Ground Floor, 1St Floor And 2Nd Floor Floor In The Right Part Of The Building. Individual Modules (Ia, Ib, Ii And Iii) Are Specified In A Graphic Appendix To The Agreement. 3. The Ordering Party Divided The Order Into Parts, I.E. The Order Covering The Thermal Modernization Of Educational Institutions In Bydgoszcz. The Ordering Party Intends To Implement It In Parts Relating To Individual Institutions, In Separate Proceedings. 4. For Willing Contractors, The Ordering Party Allows An On-Site Visit On January 15, 2025. At 1:30 P.M. Meeting Point At The Main Entrance To The Building Of The Chemical School Complex In Bydgoszcz. Participation In The Meeting Is Not Obligatory. 5. It Is Planned To Obtain External Funding From The National Fund For Environmental Protection And Water Management In Warsaw As Part Of The National Reconstruction And Resilience Plan, Investment B1.1.3 Replacement Of Heat Sources And Improvement Of Energy Efficiency Of Schools. 6. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Cancel The Contract Award Procedure Pursuant To Art. 257 Of The Act On Public Procurement, I.E. If The Public Funds That The Contracting Authority Intended To Use To Finance All Or Part Of The Contract Will Not Be Awarded To It. 7. Determination Of Social, Environmental Aspects Or Labels In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order: The Ordering Party Took Into Account The Requirements Regarding Accessibility For Disabled People And Design For All Users, In Accordance With Art. 100 Paragraph 1 Upzp. 8. The Ordering Party Requires A Security For The Proper Performance Of The Contract. 9. The Ordering Party Envisages Awarding The Contracts Referred To In Art. 214 Section 1 Point 7 Of The Act On Public Procurement. Possible Similar Orders: 1) Will Include An Increased Scope Of Works Specified In The Design Documentation And Those Not Specified In The Design Documentation, But Consistent With The Subject Of The Order. In The Case In Question, This Will Apply To Construction Works Related To The Reconstruction And Thermal Modernization Of The Building, Modernization Of External And Internal Installations And Land Development. 2) The Conclusion Of The Contract Will Be Preceded By An Appropriate Invitation To Negotiations And Negotiations.
