Trębowiec And Consist In: A) Demolition Of The Internal Staircase B) Demolition Of Walls Colliding With The Designed Flights Of Stairs C) Construction Of New Flights Of Stairs D) New Floors Of The Staircase E) Bricking Up The Existing Opening In The External Wall F) Construction Of A New Door Opening In The External Wall G) Replacement Of Windows Within The Staircase For Windows In Class Ei60 H) Construction Of A Staircase Casing On The 1St Floor In Class Ei60i) Demolition Of The Existing External Stairs J) Dismantling The Existing Roof And Construction Of A New Roof Over The Planned Entrance To The Staircase K) Changing The Use Of The Residential Premises To The Rural Culture Club In Trębowiec Duży, Consisting In Changing The Ceiling Load Value By: Making New Floors, Replacing Internal Doors , Construction Of New Partition Walls On The 1St Floor In The Residential Premises Covered By The Study, Construction Of New Ceiling Coverings, Replacement Of The Electrical Installation, Plastering On The Internal Walls, Painting The Internal Walls, Making New Sanitary Installations Within The Rural Culture Club, Facing The Walls. L) Additionally, The Area In Front Of The Building And A Parking Lot For Passenger Cars Should Be Hardened. M) The Contractor Is Obliged To Equip The Premises Of The Rural Culture Club With Devices Electronics And Household Appliances In Accordance With The List Presented By The Ordering Party. The Designed Works Should Be Carried Out Within The Staircase Marked No. 0.16 On The Ground Floor Plan, On The 1St Floor No. 5.1, And In Residential Premises No. 1 Consisting Of Rooms No.: 1.1, 1.2, 1.3, 1.4, 1.5, 1.6, 1.7, 1.8, 1.9. The Remaining Construction Works Will Be Performed In The Next Stage On The Basis Of A Separate Order. During The Construction Works In The Staircase, The Contractor Is Obliged, At His Own Expense, To Provide Residents With Access To The Premises Marked On The Floor Plan Of The 1St Floor As Location No. 4, By Building A Temporary Staircase. It Is Allowed To Provide The Residents Of Premises No. 4 With An Alternative Apartment For The Duration Of The Works After Obtaining Their Written Consent To Transfer Them (At The Contractors Expense). The Contractor Is Obliged To Secure The Area Against The Entry Of Unauthorized Persons For The Duration Of The Construction Works. Difficult Work Should Be Carried Out Outside School Hours And On Weekends.
