The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Specialized Care Services For People With Mental Disorders, Clients Of The Municipal Social Welfare Center In Sicienko In 2025 Pursuant To Art. 50(7) Of The Act Of March 12, 2004 On Social Assistance (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1283, As Amended) And The Regulation Of The Minister Of Social Policy Of September 22, 2005 (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 816) On Specialized Care Services.2. The Contractor Should Meet The Requirements Regarding The Security Of Information/Personal Data Processing, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Processors Survey.3. All Information Regarding The Protection Of Personal Data Is Included In The Following Annexes To The Swz, I.E.: - Annex No. 5 To The Swz - Questionnaire For The Processing Entity Before Concluding The Contract - Annex No. 6 To The Swz - Contract For Entrusting The Processing Of Personal Data4.
