1.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Task Entitled: Development Of The General Plan Of The Żarnów Commune In Accordance With Resolution No. Iv/20/2024 Of The Żarnów City Council Of June 19, 2024 On The Commencement Of The Preparation Of The General Plan Of The Żarnów Commune.1.2. As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Principles Of Modern Urban Planning Knowledge And Applicable Law, In Particular With: A) The Act Of March 27, 2003 On Spatial Planning And Development (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024 R. Item 1130) Hereinafter Referred To As The Act, B) Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology Of December 8, 2023 On The Draft Plan General Plan Of The Commune, Documenting Planning Works In The Scope Of This Plan And Issuing Extracts And Drawings From It (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 2758), C) The Act Of October 3, 2008 On The Provision Of Information On The Environment And Its Protection , Public Participation In Environmental Protection And Environmental Impact Assessments (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1112), D) Taking Into Account The Comments Submitted By The Ordering Party During The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order And Current Court Decisions Regarding Spatial Development, E) Other Provisions Resulting From Relevant Legal Acts Relating To The Subject Of The Order, Including: Regarding Environmental Protection, Protection Of Monuments, Water Law, Protection Of Agricultural And Forest Land, Roads.1.3. As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Undertakes To Carry Out All Mandatory Activities Necessary To Prepare The Plan, I.E., Among Others: To: 1) Prepare A Plan In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of March 27, 2003. On Spatial Planning And Development (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1130), And In Particular With The Provisions Of Art. 13A, 13B, 13C, 13D, 13E, 13F, 13G, 13I, 13J, 13K, 13M, Which Entered Into Force On September 24, 2023, As Well As The Implementing Provisions To This Act, Including: A) Substantive Preparation Of Formal Documents -Legal (Statutorily Required Letters, Notices, Announcements Etc.) Announcements: On The Commencement Of The Development Of The Plan, On Commencement Of Public Consultations On The Draft Plan And Other Necessary Consultations As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, Announcements Regarding The Development Of The Draft Plan, Summaries Of Opinions And Arrangements, And Cooperation In Conducting The Procedure For Documentation Of Planning Works; B) Preparation Of Materials And Letters; In Order To Obtain Opinions And Arrangements, Including The Municipal Urban Planning And Architectural Commission, According To The Distribution List Indicated By The Contractor; C) Introducing Any Changes Resulting From The Arrangements, Repeating The Procedure To The Extent Necessary, If Necessary, If Necessary, Prep
