Tenders are invited for Procurement of Cleaning and Maintenance (1) Lot 1-Central Flacq Market/Fair (2) Lot 2 Central Flacq Traffic Centre. The District Council of Flacq is inviting bids from eligible bidders of Mauritian nationals or entities incorporated in Mauritius through the Government eProcurement System for the provision of services for Procurement of Cleaning and Maintenance Services of Lot 1 Central Flacq Market/Fair and Lot 2 Central Flacq Traffic Centre for a period of Twenty-Four (24) Months. 2. Bidding documents may be downloaded from the eProcurement System https://eproc.publicprocurement.govmu.org. Reference Number on the system: District Council of Flacq/IFB/2024/372 3. Registration with the relevant authority Ministry of Local Government, Disaster and Risk Management, Solid Waste Management/(Ministry of Environment, Solid Waste Division) as Contractor for collection and carting away of solid waste. 5. Bids must be submitted online on the Procurement System at latest by Wednesday 15 January 2025 at 12.00hrs (Mauritian Time) at the latest. 6. Bidders who have submitted bids online by the closing date and time shall decrypt and re-encrypt their bids from Wednesday 15 January 2025 12.01hrs (Mauritian Time) till Thursday 13.00hrs(Mauritian Time). 7. Bids will be opened online at the address given hereunder on Thursday 16 January 2025 at 13.01hrs (Mauritian Time ) in the office of District Council of LFacq 8. The District Council of Flacq reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and to annul the bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to award of the Contract, without thereby incurring any liability to any Bidder.
