Buses And Coaches – 1 New (M3/I) Hydrogen Fuel Cell Bus. During The Procedure, The Tenderer Wishes To Purchase 1 New, M3/I Vehicle Category (Locally Designed), Low-Floor, Urban Solo, Hydrogen Fuel Cell Bus. The Winning Bidder Must Undertake A 36-Month (Unlimited Kilometer) Warranty For The Proposed Bus And Must Undertake The Mandatory Repairs And Maintenance During The Warranty Period. The Battery And The Fuel Cell System Have A Mandatory Warranty Of 72 Months. Definition Of Low Floor: Single-Story, Low-Floor Design, Stairs Are Not Allowed. Threshold Height: A Maximum Of 340 Mm For Each Door In Case Of Operational Level Adjustment, Which Can Be Reduced To A Maximum Threshold Height Of 260 Mm For At Least One Door With The Kneeling Function. Also, The Height Of The Walking Floor Cannot Be More Than 400 Mm. The Tenderer Means The Following By Solo Bus: A One-Piece, Two-Axle Road Vehicle Equipped With Blown Rubber Tires Designed For The Transport Of Passengers, Not Connected To An Electric Overhead Line, In Which, Including The Drivers Seat, There Are At Least 10 Or More Permanent Seats And The Length Of The Vehicle Between 11.5 And 12.7 Meters, While Its Maximum Permissible Total Weight Does Not Exceed 19.5 Tons. Under The M3 Vehicle Category, The Bidder Is 5/1990. (Iv.12.) According To The Köhém Regulation, Means Buses With A Maximum Permissible Weight Of More Than 5T. Under The Breakdown Of The Tendering Vehicle Category (M3/I), We Mean The Following: Regulation No. 107 Of The United Nations Economic Commission For Europe (Unece) - Uniform Provisions On The Approval Of M2 And M3 Category Vehicles With Regard To Their General Construction I. Class: Vehicles With Areas Designed For Standing Passengers, Enabling Frequent Passenger Movement (Local Buses). Hydrogen Fuel Cell Bus: - Unece No. 134. Regulation 2.9. Hydrogen Vehicle Means Any Vehicle That Uses Compressed, Gaseous Hydrogen To Propel The Vehicle, Including Fuel Cells. Hydrogen Fuel For Passenger Vehicles Is Defined By Iso 14687-2:2012 And Sae J2719: (September 2011 Revision); - Un Ece No. 134 Regulation 2.12. Fuel Cell System Means A System Including The Fuel Cell Row(S), The Air Processing System, The Fuel Flow Control System, The Exhaust System, The Heat Treatment System And The Water Treatment System; - Köhém Decree 6/1990 (Iv.12) § 2. (8) * For The Purpose Of The Decree, A Zero-Emission Car: A Car That Does Not Emit The Air Pollutants Regulated In This Decree (Environmental Protection Class 5Z) During Its Intended Use.
