At The Same Time, Support Will Be Given To The Preparation Of A Questionnaire Through Which The Feedback Regarding The Implementation Of The Emm Will Be Recorded By Ras, But Also Internally By The Infrastructure Manager And The Railway Companies. • Support The Development Of A Railway Safety Statistical Reporting System Using Kpis To Measure The Performance Of All Stakeholders (Infrastructure Manager, Railway Undertakings, Contractors). • Support During The Detailed Planning (In The Form Of A Detailed Digital Flowchart) And Description Of The Steps Of The Procedures: A) Safety Assessment, In The Case Of A Request For A Unified Railway Undertaking Safety Certificate, B) Safety Assessment, In The Case Of An Infrastructure Manager Safety Approval Request, C) Supervision By Ras Of The Infrastructure Manager, Railway Undertakings And Bodies Responsible For The Maintenance Of Railway Vehicles, D) Certification Of Personnel Performing Critical Safety Tasks. In This Context, A Description Of The Steps Of The Procedures Will Be Carried Out As Well As The Design Of Standardized Forms That Will Be Used In Each Procedure Respectively, Taking Into Account The Current Regulatory Framework. • Support In The Amendment Of The Internal Regulation Of Operation Of Ras, Following Relevant Legislation. B) Strengthening The Management And Strengthening Of The Human Resources Of Ras. • Support The Enrichment, Improvement And Further Development Of Rass Proficiency Management System And In Particular The Rail Safety And Interoperability Unit (Sui) Of Ras, In Particular For The Staff Performing Oversight And Application Evaluation Activities Taking Into Account Eras Recommendations During Implementation Technical Support Through Tsi. • Drafting A Proposal Regarding The Incentives To Attract Staff. • Reshaping Existing Position Outlines (Where Required) And Drafting Outlines For New Positions;
