Tenders are invited for Consultant to Conduct Evaluation. Requirements The evaluator may be a team of one or more persons, with the following qualifications shared between them: Proven experience in evaluation of community development projects, including qualitative and quantitative evaluation techniques. Technical knowledge related to community revolving funds, rural livelihoods, natural resources management, climate change adaptation and disaster risk management. Competent writing skills in English. Fluency in Khmer. Note: Morodok will cover the cost of the workshops and meetings and assist with logistics and transport within the target area, as well as setting up appointments where needed and requested.
