The Internal Auditor Shall Be An Independent, Objective Confirmation And Advisory Function Whose Purpose Is To Add Added Value And Improve The Principals Operations. It Shall Contribute To The Organization Achieving Its Objectives By Evaluating And Improving The Effectiveness And Appropriateness Of The Organisations Processes For Risk Management, Control And Management. The Internal Auditor Can Carry Out Analyses, E.G. Of The Companys Efficiency And Its Compliance With Laws, Rules And Guidelines. The Selection Of Topics Must Be Based On A Risk Assessment And On Input From The Clients Board Or Management, So That The Most Important Areas Of Importance For The Company Are Reviewed.
