Renovation Is Carried Out Using The Turnkey Method. Turnkey Means That All Equipment Within The Scope Of The Project Is Delivered Together With The Necessary Design Work, Installed, Set Up, Checked And Finally Handed Over To The Customer In Energized Form. All Equipment Delivered Or Handed Over By The Customer Must Be Installed And Put Into Operation By The Contractor. The Exact Conditions Are Stipulated In The Basic Documents Of Public Procurement.
