The Voivodeship Strategy And The National Regional Development Strategy, Planning And Programming At The Community, National And Regional Level, To The Extent It Applies Subject Of The Order.2) Development Of A General Spatial Development Plan For The Nurzec-Stacja Municipalitya) Preparation Of The General Plan Of The Commune In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of March 27, 2003. On Spatial Planning And Development (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1130), And In Particular With The Provisions Of Art. 13A, 13B, 13C, 13D, 13E, 13F, 13G And 13M, Which Entered Into Force On September 24, 2023, As Well As The Implementing Provisions Of This Act, B) Preparing A Justification For The General Plan In Accordance With Art. 13H Of The Act On Spatial Planning And Development, C) Preparation Of Spatial Data For The General Plan In Accordance With Art. 67A Of The Act On Spatial Planning And Development, D) Conducting The Procedure For Preparing The General Plan, Specified In Art. 13I Section 3 Of The Above-Mentioned Act, Including Social Consultations Referred To In Art. 8I, 8J And 8K Of This Act, E) Conducting A Strategic Environmental Impact Assessment, Including Preparing A Forecast Of The Environmental Impact Of The Draft General Plan In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of October 3, 2008 On The Provision Of Information On The Environment And Its Protection, Public Participation In Environmental Protection And Environmental Impact Assessments (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1112, As Amended), F) Preparing A Study Ecophysiographic For The Purposes Of Developing The General Plan In Accordance With The Provisions Of Art. 72 Section 5 Of The Act Of April 27, 2001, Environmental Protection Law, In The Version In Force From September 24, 2023, G) Preparing Documentation Of Planning Works In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology Of December 8, 2023 On The Draft General Plan Of The Commune, Documenting Planning Works Regarding This Plan And Issuing Extracts And Outlines From It (I.E.: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 2758).H) The Approximate Area Covered By The Study Is Approximately 21,500 Ha.
