Tenders Are Invited For Supplies Of Diesel Oil To The Diesel Oil Distribution Device In A Total Amount Of Up To 65,000 (Sixty-Five Thousand) Dm3 In 2025.

5.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Diesel Oil With Parameters Consistent With The Pn-En 590:2022-08 Standard In The Amount Of 65,000 (Sixty-Five Thousand) Dm3 For The Łyse Commune (30,000.00 Dm3) And For Przedsiębiorstwo Gospodarowania Odpadami W Łysych Sp. Z O. O. (35,000.00 Dm3) In Accordance With The Agreement Concluded On December 20, 2024.5.2. The Ordering Party Provided The Maximum Amount Of Planned Deliveries Of Diesel Oil. 5.3. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Resign From Collecting Up To 50% Of The Ordered Fuel Without Giving Reasons And Without The Right To Additional Claims From The Contractor Fulfilling The Order. 5.4. Deliveries Are To Be Made To A Collective Diesel Oil Distributor With A Capacity Of 5,000 Dm3, Owned By The Ordering Party, Located In Łyse - Ul. Chetnika 31 (Sewage Treatment Plant), In Compliance With All Environmental Protection Requirements And Occupational Health And Safety Regulations.5.5. Common Procurement Vocabulary Cpv - 09134100-8 Diesel.5.6. Requirements For The Contractor: 5.6.1. The Contractor Is Responsible For Quality And Compliance With The Technical And Quality Conditions Described For The Subject Of The Order. 5.6.2. Due Diligence Is Required In The Implementation Of Contractual Obligations.5.6.3. Arrangements And Decisions Regarding The Performance Of The Contract Will Be Agreed By The Ordering Party With The Contractors Appointed Representative. 5.6.4. The Contractor Must Specify Contact Telephone Numbers And Other Arrangements Necessary For Efficient And Timely Execution Of The Order. 5.6.5. The Ordering Party Is Not Liable For Any Damage Caused By The Contractor While Performing The Subject Of The Order. 5.6.6. Successive Delivery Will Be Made Directly To The Diesel Oil Distribution Device In Expected Single Deliveries In The Amount Of 2,000 To 5,000 Dm3 Based On An Order Placed By Phone No Later Than Within 48 Hours Of Receiving The Order. A Quality Certificate Of The Delivered Batch Of Fuel Should Be Provided With Each Delivery.5.6.7. The Fuel Must Meet The Requirements Of The Standards. The Fuel Offered Must Meet The Quality Requirements In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Economy Of October 9, 2015. On Quality Requirements For Liquid Fuels (Journal Of Laws Of 2015, Item 1680). The Contractor Is Responsible For Any Damage Resulting From The Inadequate Quality Of The Supplied Fuel And Is Obliged To Cover All Costs Related To The Damage Resulting From The Defectiveness Of The Supplied Fuel.5.6.8. Settlements Of Deliveries And Payments Will Each Time Be Based On The Conversion Volume Of Fuel Delivered At A Temperature Of 15 Degrees Celsius.5.7. The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Exercising The Option Right, Pursuant To Art. 441 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law; Allows For A 50% Reduction Or Increase In The Order.5.8. Quality Certificates Will Be Submitted With Each Delivery, No Later Than With The Invoice.5.9. The Above-Mentioned Supplies
