The Purpose Of The Public Contract Is The Reconstruction Of The Existing Hall Intended For The Turning Of Railway Rolling Stock (Hereafter Referred To As Žkv) And The Rail Scale, Consisting Mainly Of Structural Modifications For The Location Of A New Sub-Level Lathe And Its Delivery, According To The Project Documentation Entitled Procurement Of A Sub-Level Lathe With Modification Of The Hall - Pd, Prepared By Moravia Consult Olomouc, A.S., Legionářská 1085/8, 779 00 Olomouc, Id Number: 64610357 According To The Common Construction Permit. The Operators Of The Existing Buildings In Question In The Brno - Maloměřice Location Are České Dráhy A.S., Regional Maintenance Center (Ocú) East. This Is The Implementation Of Construction Works And The Supply Of Technological Equipment According To The Project Documentation. The Public Contract Also Includes The Equipment Of The Construction Site, All Tests, Revisions And Documents In The Czech Language That Are Necessary For Handing Over The Work And Subsequent Use Of The Work, Seizure, Removal And Disposal Or Storage Of All Waste Generated During The Performance Of The Work, Storage Of Excess Soil And Other Necessary Activities For The Proper Execution Of The Work, Especially Geodetic Surveying Of All And Covered Parts Of The Work And Proper Training Of All Persons Moving On The Construction Site And Ongoing Cleaning Of The Building And Arrival At Construction Site. According To § 124 Zzvz, The Contracting Authority Concludes The Contract For The Performance Of The Subject Of The Public Contract With The Selected Supplier. The Selected Supplier Will Be A Participant In The Procurement Procedure, Which The Contracting Authority Selects On The Basis Of The Rules For The Evaluation Of Offers Specified In Art. 8 Of This Zd To Conclude A Contract (Selected Supplier) In Accordance With The Zzvz And This Zd. The Binding Contract Model (Contract) Is An Integral Part Of This Zd As Its Annex No. 1. The Delivery Also Includes: 1. Provision Of Warranty And Post-Warranty Service For This Sub-Level Lathe According To The Schedule Of Regular Inspections Determined By The Equipment Manufacturer For A Period Of 10 Years. 2. Elimination Of Identified Defects And Accidents And Supply Of Necessary Spare Parts.
