The Saale-Unstrut-Finne Water And Wastewater Association Is Planning To Build A Ground-Mounted Photovoltaic System (Ground-Mounted Pv System). The Open-Space Pv System Is To Be Built On The Site Of The Water And Wastewater Associations Sewage Treatment Plant In Karsdorf. The Electricity Will Primarily Be Used For The Wastewater Treatment Plants Own Consumption. The Pv Ground-Mounted System Should Start In The West On Area Iii And Move Upwards Over The Southern Or Eastern Area (To Area Ii). A Lot Will Be Advertised. This Lot Includes The Turnkey Construction Of A Pv Ground-Mounted System (Epc Contract Model) With An Installed Output Of Approx. 950 Kwpeak (East-West Orientation) As A Self-Consumption System. A Special Point To Note Is That The Pv System Must Be Operated As A “Zero Feed-In System” Until Further Notice. Only After The Local Power Grid Has Been Upgraded Can And May Surplus Solar Power Be Fed In. The Order Includes The Complete Planning (In Particular Approval And Execution Planning), The Delivery, The Turnkey Construction (I.E. Delivery, Assembly And Commissioning) And The Connection Of The Open-Space Photovoltaic System To The Low-Voltage Main Distribution (Nshv) In The Transfer Station.
