The Municipality Of Altenkirchen-Flammersfeld Plans To Implement The Short And Medium-Term Measures Of The Flood And Flash Flood Prevention Concept, Sub-Area Alt-Vg Altenkirchen 02.01 And 02.02. The Catalog Of Measures Includes A Total Of 25 Projects From The Local Communities Of The Old Vg Altenkirchen With Around 68 Funded Measures (See “Compilation Of Implementation Measures Ak 1 And Ak 2”). Aerial Photographs, Cadastral Documents And The Existing Flood And Flash Flood Prevention Concept Are Provided As A Basis For Planning. Measures Such As “Installing A Rake In Front Of The Piping” Or “Establishing A Tree Barrier Using Steel Posts” Can Be Submitted To The Sgd As A Collective Water Law Application. The Municipal Utilities Have Standard Structures That Must Be Put Into Use. The Inlet Structures (Rakes) Should Be Presented Using A System Sketch And The Associated Height Nodes. Every Measure Must Be Coordinated With The Local Communities. The Measures Must Be Planned And Advertised After The Votes. Property Negotiations Are Being Conducted By The Altenkirchen-Flammersfeld Community Association And Should Be Supported By The Contractor In Addition To The Community Association. The Measures Include Allowable Costs Totaling Around €721,512.00 Net. We Would Like To Point Out That The Eligible Costs Are Estimated Costs From The Flood And Flash Flood Prevention Concept. It Is Foreseeable That Some Of The Intended Measures Will Not Be Implemented. The Municipality Reserves The Right Not To Implement Individual Measures. The Eligible Costs Will Be Adjusted Accordingly; Further Details Are Set Out In The Contract. Special Services To Be Offered Include Surveying Work During Construction And Construction Management.
