Architectural, Construction, Engineering And Inspection Services – Renovation Of The Bremer Brücke Stadium Building, Osnabrück - Project Management. The Ag Is Planning The Comprehensive Reconstruction And Renovation Of The Bremer Brücke Football Stadium. The Aim Is To Meet The Infrastructural And Structural Requirements Of A Modern Stadium While Increasing Both The Functionality And Attractiveness Of The Location. As Part Of This Measure, A Project Management Office With Experience In Stadium Projects Is Being Sought To Support The Ags Project Management And Take On Project Management Tasks. The Main Tasks Include Coordination And Monitoring Of All Project Phases, Scheduling And Cost Controlling, Quality Assurance, Risk Management, Management Of The Interface Between The Client, Planning And Construction, Reporting To The Project Management As Well As Support In Stakeholder Management, Especially With Regard To The City Of Osnabrück And The Vfl Osnabrück E. V. The Project Manager Will Be Involved From The Planning Phase Until The Stadium Is Fully Commissioned, Which Covers A Total Period Of Approximately 40 Months (Approx. June 2025 To Approximately September 2028). Please Refer To Appendix 9 Of The Tender Documents For The Scope Of Services. It Should Be Noted That The Client Has Already Commissioned A Market Participant In The Past To Develop Initial Framework Conditions, Project Goals And Requirements Planning Approaches. The Work Results Of This Market Participant Are Fully Attached To The Participation Documents. No Additional Documents Etc. About The Project Were Made Available To The Market Participant. If The Market Participant Has Built Up Indicative Project Knowledge From Discussions With Stakeholders, This Is Fully Reflected In The Work Results. Should This Market Participant Take Part In The Procurement Process, It Is Not Intended To Exclude Them Because The Above Circumstances Effectively Avoid Distortion Of Competition. The Suitability Requirements And Award Criteria Were Also Defined In Such A Way That The Preliminary Consultation Does Not Result In Any Distortion Of Competition. When Evaluating The Offer, The Client Will Also Ensure That The Market Participant Concerned Does Not Derive Any Advantages From This.
