Continuation From Section Description (Bt-24-Procedure): • Checks For The Presence Of The Authors Supervision On The Relevant Parts Of The Technical Projects During The Implementation Of The Construction And Installation Activities, As Well As Controls (If Applicable) The Compliance Of The Working Drawings And Details With The Provisions Of The Current Legislation And The Contract With The Smr Contractor, As Well As In Applicable Cases – With Other Construction Participants And/Or Interested Parties; • Gives Instructions For Accurate And High-Quality Implementation Of The Smp And Making Decisions On Technical Issues That Do Not Change The Technical Projects /After Prior Agreement With The Contracting Authority/; • Discusses With The Authors Of The Projects And The Contractor Of The Smr The Problems That Have Arisen In Connection With The Smr And Informs The Contracting Authority And Dnsk Of Any Violation Of The Building Regulations Within Three Days After The Violation; • If Necessary, Preparing A Compliance Assessment For Significant Changes To The Investment Project Within The Meaning Of Art. 154 Of The Zut; • Requires The Preparation Of Executive Documentation And Other Technical Documentation On The Implementation Of The Smp By The Smp Contractor; • Jointly Signs With The Authors Of The Project And With The Smr Contractor The Prepared Executive Documentation And Its Presentation To The Authorities, According To Art. 175 Of The Zut; • Assists The Contracting Authority, After The Completion Of The Construction And Assembly Works And Completion Of The Acceptance Tests (When Applicable), To Make (Register) A Request For Putting The Construction Into Operation, Submitting The Final Report And Other Documents According To The Requirements Of The Zut; • Prepares A Final Report To The Contracting Authority, In Accordance With The Requirements Of Zut, After Completion Of The Construction And Installation Works. The Report Is Submitted On Paper In 2 (Two) Copies, Accompanied By An Electronic Medium In .Pdf And .Doc Format Or Equivalent, Corresponding To The Paper Ones. The Electronic Copy Of The Report Is Submitted On A Cd Or Other Electronic Medium; • Attends All Meetings Between The Participants In The Construction Process, Regardless Of Whose Request Or Work Schedule They Are Held, And Each Time Reports On The Main Activities (Types Of Work) Of The Construction, For Which Ongoing Construction Supervision Has Been Exercised Up To That Point, The Compiled Documents (Acts), As Well As For Problems That Have Arisen (If Any) And, Accordingly, The Necessary Measures To Solve Them; • Controls The Mandatory Execution Of The Orders Of The Construction Designers, Entered In The Construction Order Book, Related To Their Copyright And Does Not Allow Actions On The Part Of The Smr Contractor That Would Lead To Non-Compliance With The Agreed And Approved Investment Project Made By The Designers Construction • Makes Decisions To Stop And Start Construction, Agreed With The Contracting Authority • Prepares Written Findings, Which He Submits To The Contracting Authority, If It Arises The Need For Changes In The Types Of Works Of The Relevant Construction/Object, In Connection With Circumstances That Could Not Be Foreseen By
