The consulting firm shall have personnel within the team with the following qualifications. o Education: § At least a bachelors degree in Computer Science, Management Information System, Information technology, or similar. o Experience: o Essential: § Management Information System: Proven experience in developing an MIS system that fits multiple users. § Database Management: Proven experience in designing, implementing, and optimising large databases. § Web Development Expertise: Proven experience in developing, launching, and maintaining large-scale web-based MIS platforms or similar projects. § Multilingual Support: Experience in designing and implementing websites with multilingual support, preferably in English and Khmer. § User Experience (UX) & User Interface (UI) Design: A strong portfolio demonstrating user-centric design thinking and execution. § Accessibility Standards: Proven expertise in building web solutions that adhere to internationally recognised accessibility standards. § Security: Demonstrable experience in ensuring the security of web platforms, particularly those that handle sensitive information. § Familiarity with beneficiaries: experience working with public and private counterparts in Cambodia, preferably the Council for the Development of Cambodia, the Cambodia Chamber of Commerce, and International and domestic business organisations Tender Link : https://www.bongthom.com/job_list.html?category_id=55&order_by=start_date&order_dir=desc
