Tenders are invited for Procurement of Road Rehabilitation- Bayfarm Villa, St. Andrew - NHT Bay Farm Villas F/Y 2024/2025. Scope of Works: The works consists of but is not limited to Demolition, Site Clearance & Drain Cleaning, Earthworks, Reinforced Concrete 26Mpa, Fiber Reinforced Concrete 28Mpa, Formwork and supports, Weep holes, Construction of U Drain 900mm x 900mm, Construction of V Drain, Pavement works including asphaltic concrete overlay (38mm thick), Kerb and Channel, and Ancillary Road Works. Eligibility Requirements: (1) Copy of valid Tax Compliance Certificate (TCC) or Tax Compliance Letter (TCL); (2) Proof of registration with the Public Procurement Commission (PPC) of Jamaica as a Public Sector Contractor in the category of Civil Engineering Works or General Road Works, Grades 1 - 2.
