The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Application Support And Technical Administration Services For The Sap System Owned By The Ordering Party. As Part Of The Application Support Services For The System, The Contractor Will Provide, In The Scope Of Sap Modules Used By The Ordering Party, Listed In Annex No. 1 To The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement (Annex No. 4 To The Swz): A) Programming Services, B) System Configuration And Modification Services, C ) Consulting And Documentation Services. 2. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes A Total Of Up To 3,800 Man-Hours Of Work By The Contractors Consultant, Divided Into Two Priorities: A) High - At Least 100, But Not More Than 800 Man-Hours, B) Low - At Least 1,000, But No More Than 3,000 Man-Hours.
