Out-Of-Warranty Maintenance, Ongoing Repair And Upgrading Of Video Surveillance Systems (Including About 3,800 Cameras), Related To The Protection Of Public Order And Municipal Property, Managed By The Security Directorate Of The Metropolitan Municipality. The Activities That Will Be Performed Are: 1. Planned Prevention And Diagnostics Of The Systems. The Contractor Should Carry Out 2 (Two) Scheduled Preventive Maintenance And Diagnostics Of The Systems For Objects Representing Public Areas And 1 (One) Scheduled Preventive Maintenance And Diagnostics Of The Systems For Objects Representing Childrens, Educational And Social Institutions For 1 (One) Year Or A Total Of 6 (Six) Planned Preventive Maintenance And Diagnostics Within The Term Of The Contract For Objects Representing Public Areas And 3 (Three) Planned Preventive Maintenance And Diagnostics Within The Term Of The Contract For Objects, Representing Childrens, Educational And Social Institutions. The Preventive Measures Are Carried Out According To A Schedule Agreed With The Contracting Authority. Every Planned Prevention And Diagnosis Includes: - Cleaning The Cameras And All The Main Functional Elements Of The System From Dust And Dirt; - Diagnosis Of The Technical Condition Of The Cameras, Including The Cable Connections To Them; - Checking Of Aiming, Focusing, Settings (Brightness, Contrast, Signal Amplification, Setting Of Day/Night Mode, Etc.), Control Of Ptz Functions And Other Functional Parameters Of The Cameras; - Checking The Condition And Diagnosis Of The Local Cable Routes; - Checking The Condition And Diagnosis Of Power Supply Units, Including Uninterruptible Power Supply Units (Ups); - Condition Check And Diagnosis Of Video Encoders; - Condition Check And Diagnostics Of Local Communication Equipment - Switches, Routers, Media Converters, Signal Converters, Etc.; - Condition Check And Diagnostics Of Video Recording Equipment; - Checking The Status And Diagnostics Of Service Computers - Workstations For Working With Video Surveillance Systems; - Checking The Condition And Diagnostics Of The Power Supply Systems And Equipment; - Reconfiguration Of Access Rights To The Systems - At The Request Of The Contracting Authority. The Contractor Shall Report The Performance Of Each Planned Preventive Maintenance And Diagnostics With A Protocol, Which Includes Reported Deviations From The Normal Operation Of The System And Proposals For Their Elimination. The Contracting Authority Assigns The Removal Of Defects Found In The Protocols For Carrying Out Planned Preventive Maintenance And Diagnostics In The Systems With Separate Assignments To The Contractor. 2. Repair Of Damage To The Systems; 3. Delivery, Installation And Commissioning Of Components For The Systems Intended To Replace Defective Components That Cannot Be Repaired, As Well As Supply Of Spare Parts For The Systems.
