Energy Labeling And Supplementary Data Recording Are Hereby Offered For Hillerød Municipality (Hereafter Referred To As The Ordering Party). The Tender Is Carried Out As A Limited Tender, In Accordance With Section Ii Of The Norwegian Tenders Act. The Tender Therefore Consists Of Two Phases: An Application Phase And An Offer Phase. These Tender Conditions Apply To The Ordering Partys Tender Of The Above. The Purpose Of The Tender Is That The Preparation Of Energy Labeling Must Give The Ordering Party A Fair Overview Of The Energy Status Of The Buildings, As Well As Contribute To Identifying And Qualifying Energy Savings. It Is Crucial For The Ordering Party That The Services Are Delivered In A Uniformly High Quality, Which Ensures That The Municipalitys Employees Can Subsequently Work Further With The Data, Descriptions And Savings Proposals That Are Given In Connection With In Energy Labeling And Supplementary Registrations. The Offer Includes: Energy Labeling Of Buildings Owned By The Ordering Party And Which Are Covered By Requirements For Regular Energy Labeling Or Requirements For Energy Labeling When Selling Or Letting. The Task Will Be Completed In 2025. Hillerød Municipality Uses Energy Projects For Handling And Working With The Energy Labels. Hillerød Municipality Has Prepared A Plus Module For Supplementary Registrations, The Module Only Works Together With Energy 10. The Supplier Bears All Costs Associated With The Task, Also Fees For Reporting, Transport Costs Etc. This Advance Notice Is Issued To Make Interested Parties Aware Of The Above-Mentioned Offer Of Energy Labeling. The Tender Deadline For The Upcoming Tender Is Adjusted According To Section 60, Subsection Of The Public Procurement Act. 3 To 10 Days. The Tender Is Expected To Be Issued On 31 January 2025. An Economic Operator Is Excluded From Participation In Future Tenders If The Economic Operator Is Covered By One Of The Mandatory Grounds For Exclusion In § 134A, § 135 Or § 136 Of The Public Procurement Act Or By One Of The Voluntary Grounds For Exclusion In The Public Procurement Act Section 137, Subsection 1, No. 1-2, 4 And 6.
