This Procedure Proposes The Award Of A Contract For The Public Procurement Of Works (Design And Execution): Realization Of A Rainwater Drainage System In The Localities Of Bragadiru, Măgurele, 1 Decembrie, Jilava, Clinceni, Cornetu, Mogoșoaia, Buftea, Cernica In Ilfov County For The Collection And Evacuation Of Meteoric Waters - U.A.T. Cernica Commune. For The Implementation Of This Project, It Is Necessary To Develop The Design Documentation In The Phases Technical Project (Pt) + Documentation For The Authorization Of The Execution Of Construction Works (D.T.A.C.) + Documentation For Organizing The Execution Of The Works (D.T.O.E.) + Execution Details (De) + Specifications On Specialties (Cs) + Documentation For Obtaining Approvals, Technical Assistance Of The Designer, Technical Verification Of The Design And Execution Of Works, Samples Technological Tests And Tests, Fixing Any Defects That Appeared During The Warranty Period. The Modification Of The Public Procurement Contract, During Its Validity Period, May Be Carried Out Under The Conditions Provided For In Art. 221 Of Law No. 98/2016 And The Provisions Of The Anap Instructions, In Force At The Time Of Initiation Of The Amendment. The Contracting Authority Shall Respond Clearly And Fully To All Requests For Clarification/Additional Information On The 10Th Day Prior To The Deadline Set For The Submission Of Tenders.
