Eligible Installations Are Divided Into Two Families As Defined: Family 1: Photovoltaic Installations On Buildings, Sheds, Shade Houses, Agrivoltaic Shade Houses And Agrivoltaic Greenhouses, With A Power Strictly Greater Than 500 Kwp; Family 2: Ground-Based Photovoltaic Installations, With A Power Strictly Greater Than 500 Kwp And Less Than Or Equal To 12 Mwp For Projects On Land Corresponding To Cases 1 And 2 Of Paragraph 2.6 And Strictly Greater Than 500 Kwp For Projects On Land Corresponding To The Case 3 Of Paragraph 2.6. The Cumulative Power Demand Is Divided Into Application Periods, Spanning Five Years. The Candidate Whose Offer Has Been Accepted Undertakes To Ensure That The Completion Of Its Installation Takes Place Before The Deadline Defined By The Specifications.
